Q: How do I turn to the next page of My Daily 10 newspaper?

A: To turn to the next page of MyDaily 10 newspaper, click the “Next page” button on the bottom toolbar. You will see and hear the page turn.


Q: How do I turn back to the previous page of My Daily 10 newspaper?

A: To turn back to the previous page of MyDaily 10 newspaper, click the "Previous page” button on the bottom toolbar. You will see and hear the page turn.






Q: How do I make text larger?

A: To make text larger and easier to read, move your cursor over the text.





Q: How do I make a photo larger?

A: To make a photo larger, just click on it.





Q: Can I save a photo that I like?

A: Yes. To save a photo, click on it to make it larger, and then select the Save & Close button on the upper left. If you change your mind and don't want to save the photo, click the large "X" button to close.





Q: How can I find a photo that I have saved?

A: That's easy. Just click on the My Photos folder, and you will see all the photos you have saved. To select a photo, click on its thumbnail (small version) on the right hand side.





Q: Can I delete a photo that I have already saved?

A: Yes. Select the photo in your My Photos folder, and click the "Delete this image" button in the lower left.





Q: Can I save Flash Cards that I like?

A: Sure. Just click on the Flash Card to make it larger, and then select the Save & Close button on the upper left. If you change your mind and don't want to save the Flash Card, click the large "X" button to close.





Q: How can I find a Flash Card that I have saved?

A: That's easy. Just click on the My Flash Cards folder, and you will see all the Flash Cards you have saved. To select a Flash Card, click on its thumbnail (small version) on the right hand side.





Q: Can I delete a Flash Card that I have already saved?

A: Yes. Select the image in your My Flash Cards folder, and click the "Delete this image" button in the lower left.





Q: Can I save a cartoon that I like?

A: Sure. Just click on it to make it larger, and then select the Save & Close button on the upper left. If you change your mind and don't want to save the cartoon, click the large "X" button to close.





Q: How can I find a cartoon that I have saved?

A: That's easy. Just click on the My Cartoons folder, and you will see all the cartoons you have saved. To select a cartoon, click on its thumbnail (small version) on the right hand side.





Q: Can I delete a cartoon that I have already saved?

A: Yes. Select the cartoon in your My Cartoons folder, and click the "Delete this image" button in the lower left.





Q: How do I download a photo, cartoon, or Flash Card to my computer?

A: You can download a photo, cartoon, or Flash Card either from the daily issue, or after you have saved it in a folder. To download a photo, cartoon, or Flash Card directly from the issue, click it to make it larger, then select "Download" on the upper left. If you have already saved a photo, cartoon, or Flash Card to either your My Photos, My Cartoons, or My Flash Cards folder, select it from the thumbnails (small versions) to make it larger, then click the "Download" button on the bottom toolbar.

  

 



Q: How do I find words from past issues?

A: You can find words from past issues, with their definitions, in the Glossary. Simply click the "Glossary" button on the bottom toolbar.





Q: How do I look up a word in the Glossary?

A: You can find words in the Glossary by clicking on the "Glossary" button on the bottom toolbar. In the Glossary, you can click on each letter of the alphabet, to see all the words in the Glossary that begin with that letter, or you can search for a word in the Search box: Simply type the word in the Search box, and click "Go."

        



Q: Can I search through stories and Flash Cards?

A: Yes. You can search through stories and Flash Cards, from Today's Issue and Past Issues, by typing the word you want to find in the text box in the lower right. If you click on the button next to Articles, the button will turn orange, and it will search all articles. If you select the orange button next to Flash Cards, the button will turn orange, and it will search all Flash Cards.

     



Q: How do I scroll down or up in a Flash Card?

A: All you have to do is click on the Flash Card and drag up or down. The Flash Card will move in the direction you drag.





Q: Can I print issues of My Daily 10?

A: Yes - it's easy! Just click the "Print in PDF" button in the bottom toolbar, and click "OK". Then
open the PDF file that has been saved on your computer. You will have to enter your password.
You can now print it.





Q: How do I find past issues of My Daily 10?

A: To find a past issue of My Daily 10, click the "Past Issues" button the bottom toolbar, and then select the date of the issue you want to read. You can select dates from previous months by clicking the arrow next to the current month, at the top of the calendar.

   



Q: How do I find and print an answer to a question in My Daily 10?

A: Simply roll over the ? (question mark) icon after reading the question. The answer will appear automatically. If you print the newspaper, the answers will appear as well.





Q: What can I do if something is not working with my site?

A: If you find that something is not working on My Daily 10, click the Support icon. An email message window will appear from your email software, addressed to My Daily 10. All you have to do is type your question or concern in the body of the message, and click Send, as you normally do to send an email.




Q: What can I do if I have a question for the editor of the newspaper?

A: If you have a question for the editor of the newspaper, click the Write to the Editor icon. An email message window will appear from your email software, addressed to My Daily 10. All you have to do is type your question in the body of the message, and click Send, as you normally do to send an email.




Q: How can I tell a friend about the site?

A: If you want to tell a friend or friends about My Daily 10, click the Tell a Friend icon. Fill in one, two, or three names and email addresses, type a message if you want, and then click Send.


Q: How do I change our profile?

A: Click the Account profile link on the bottom of the screen.


Q: How do I cancel our subscription during or at the end of my free 1 week trial?

A: Click the "Cancel" link on the Subscription Information page in the Account Profile.

Q: How do I cancel our subscription?

A: Click the "Cancel" link on the Subscription Information page in the Account Profile. Your cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current recurring billing cycle. If a full-year subscription is cancelled, you will be refunded the balance for the remaining time on your subscription.
